You don't need high-speed access. Classes are delivered with graphics and sound in an interesting format that quizzes you as you go along so there's no proctored exam at the end of the course.
Best of all, you can take classes 5 minutes at a time or all at once, whatever fits your schedule. Once you've completed a class, you can print your CE certificate directly from your computer. AAR is automatically notified!
